STAY GIA TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
Accommodation: Temporary serviced apartments provided by Stay GIA.
Booking Agreement: The agreement formed between you (the “Customer”) and Stay GIA upon confirmation of a booking.
Booking Details: The specifics of your reservation, including location, dates, rates, check-in/check-out times, and guest information.
Business Day: Any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday in New South Wales.
Customer: The person making the booking.
Guest: The Customer or persons nominated to stay at the Accommodation.
Personal Data: Any information relating to an identifiable individual.
2. BOOKINGS
2.1. A Booking Agreement is formed once the Customer receives a written confirmation from Stay GIA.
2.2. Booking descriptions or images are for illustrative purposes only.
2.3. These T&Cs apply exclusively to all bookings made with Stay GIA.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
3.1. Full payment is due before Check-In. Payment may be made via approved credit/debit card or bank transfer.
3.2. A security deposit of AUD $250 may be required at Check-In.
3.3. Stay GIA may deduct charges for damages, missing items, or additional cleaning from the deposit or a provided card.
3.4. Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
4. ACCOMMODATION
4.1. Access is granted from the agreed Check-In time and ends at the specified Check-Out time.
4.2. Guests must be at least 18 years old. Under-18s must be accompanied by an adult.
4.3. Stay GIA enforces a strict no-party, no-smoking, and no-illegal-substance policy.
4.4. Accommodation must not be sublet or used as a primary residence.
5. CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS
5.1. Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
5.2. Cancellation charges apply based on notice period prior to Check-In:
- More than 7 days: Full refund.
- 3–7 days: 50% charge.
- Less than 72 hours or No-Show: 100% charge.
5.3. Early departures are subject to the same policy.
5.4. Extensions are subject to availability and may incur new rates.
6. GUEST OBLIGATIONS
6.1. Guests must maintain the Accommodation in good condition.
6.2. No smoking or vaping is allowed indoors. A cleaning fee of AUD $200 may apply.
6.3. Guests must report any damages or maintenance issues.
6.4. Personal belongings are the responsibility of the Guest.
7. LIABILITY
7.1. Stay GIA is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
7.2. Stay GIA’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the booking.
8. PRIVACY
8.1. Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at staygia.com.au/privacy.

9. TERMINATION
9.1. Stay GIA may terminate a Booking Agreement for non-payment, misconduct, or breach of these T&Cs.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
